Hello! My name is Anna Cortez.
I am the owner and creative force behind Corcortez Floral – a high-end floral and event design studio specializing in destination weddings, elopements and events all over Europe.
My background is in horticulture, architecture and landscape design. Since I can remember, I was always drawn to art and nature. I wanted to study and work in a field that would combine all three of those elements, and additionally allow me a creative freedom. To me, my job is my passion. Flowers have a remarkable effect on people. Working with a medium that is so connected to human emotion was something I was drawn to. I find it so rewarding to work with a product that brings people so much joy and can completely transform a space you are in.
Travel is an integral part of my creative process and no location is too far-flung, no destination too remote. From decorating and designing for weddings in Italy or France, to travelling as far as Morocco, Spain or Czech Republic for international projects and events, I find myself working and arranging flowers all over Europe. I have traveled to over 36 countries, and I take an inspiration from my travels and nature all over the world.

To me flowers are one of the most important aspect of a wedding, because they hold a power of emotion. They can transform spaces to create moments, that my clients will remember for the rest of their life. I truly believe, that each wedding should be beautiful without feeling stuffed or overdone. As every wedding is unique, I create experiences that tell my client’s story through seasonal inspired floral design.
I love working with clients, who like me appreciate authenticity, attention to detail, beauty and elegance. My clients come from across the globe and have a true love for fine art aesthetic. I proud myself in finding a unique inspiration for each client and not following the mass trends. Instead, I am embracing a classic romantic garden-inspired style, while creating movement in my work and staying true to seasonality. Above all, I love working together as a team with couples and wedding planners to come up with unique ideas for arrangements, bouquets and installations.
As the floral designer, every new couple receives my whole creativity, engagement and attention to detail. Every aspect of the business is looked after personally. I am here to serve my clients and allow them to worry about one less thing. Building a strong relationship with my clients based on trust, listening to them and their needs are the core values of Corcortez Floral.
